Day 1 Review 2016

Today is really day 2 but I went to recap the goings ons of yesterday.

For the last few weeks I have been suffering with severe stomach pains whenever I eat or drink.  Yesterday morning I went to the GP who said it is acid and could be down to a diet change (perhaps as more indulging over the festive period) or down to stress (also possible as feeling of the future being unclear - direction).  So the GP gave me some pills to take one in the morning to help reduce the acid that has gathered.

Breakfast:
Smoothie of super greens protein powder, soya milk, water, blueberries and 1/2 avocado.

Break:
1 litre of water, supplements ( a range of vitamins, aloe vera juice, bee pollen etc.).
Black coffee with stevia.

Lunch:
Borsch - a Russian soup filled with lots of veggies, cabbage, carrots, peppers, chilli, celery, bay leaves, beetroot, tomato.  Very tasty, filling and satisfying.
1/2 litre of water

Snack:
1 cup of melon

Dinner:
Avocado Salad filled with lots of salad leaves, cucumber, avocado, sprouted lentils, seeds, spinach, coriander, rocket and watercress drizzled with a lemon and olive oil home made dressing.
1/2 litre of water

Snack:  1/2 cup of raw cacao coconut yoghurt

Food summary:  felt full and satisfied throughout the day
Mood:  felt fine and excited about the future
Business:  started to make plans for the next 3 month goals and putting plans in place, lots of research and ordering stationery goods for my next VegFest in Brighton (end of February).
Physical:  Towards the end of the day, because of too much sitting, the lower right hand back was starting to play up so decided to get into bed at around 10pm to rest the body.  Slept by about 11pm.

Projects:
1)  VegFest Brighton 27/28 February 2016
2)  Raw Relaxation Retreat end April 2016
3)  Being ready for adhoc cake orders and private catering requests

Day 1:  successful.
